ABOUT JAMES
Judge James Boles was born and raised right here in Henry County. He’s spent his life involved in our community and enjoys volunteering with WSB’s Stuff the Bus Program and coaching local high school mock trial teams.
James currently presides over the misdemeanor Diversion Court, which focuses on helping veterans and individuals with mental health problems gain medical stability, receive counseling, and prevent recidivism. Completion of the program results in a dismissal of their case and avoids having a criminal conviction on their record.
James and his wife, Leslie, are proud to call McDonough home along with their dogs, Stella and Miller.
